What is the National Probate Institute®?

The National Probate Institute® is the training body that educates students on how to invest profitably through probate through our complimentary orientation workshop as well as our 3-day onsite training program.

What kind of certification will I receive at the 3-Day Training?

After your 3-day training event, you will receive the designation of Certified Probate Specialist (CPS) from the National Probate Institute®. This certifies that you have been properly educated and equipped to handle a variety of transactions involving probate. Because it can help build your credibility, feel free to include this designation on your business cards, letters, and other correspondence.

How long does my certification last?

Your designation as a Certified Probate Specialist (CPS) does not expire. It represents the training, tools, and support that the National Probate Institute®; provides to you on an ongoing basis.

When do I get my materials?

Your materials are extensive and will be handed out throughout your 3-day training. We have found that students get the most out of these materials when they are used in conjunction with the training. Therefore, you will become familiar with your resources and training materials during the class and will learn how best to use them to accomplish your probate investment goals.

Do I need a computer to do this?

No. Computers can be great tools for any business, providing efficiency and easier access to information, but a computer is not required to be successful in probate.

Can I operate my probate business from anywhere?

Yes. You can use these strategies anywhere in the country. No matter how large or small your community, you will find plenty of profitable probate opportunities available to you. We'll show you how.
